The issue with the example route you send is not turn restriction. For our
service, we disabled all turn restrictions. As you point out they’re not really
relevant for cyclist. Even at intersections, you can always just become a
‘temporary pedestrian’ by pushing your bike.

bicycle / pedestrian routing.
