Ok, I guess I just figured it out. The bulk file needs to be a relative
directory
$ /var/ossec/bin/manage_agents -f tmp/agent-ops-control-1
Bulk load file: tmp/agent-ops-control-1
Opening: [tmp/agent-ops-control-1]
Agent information:
ID:005
Name:ops-control-1
IP Address:10.0.196.133
I am running (as root)
$ /var/ossec/bin/manage_agents -f /var/ossec/tmp/agent-ops-control-1
Bulk load file: /var/ossec/tmp/agent-ops-control-1
Opening: [/var/ossec/tmp/agent-ops-control-1]
Failed.: No such file or directory
2016/02/21 03:42:05 manage_agents(1103): ERROR: Could not open file

agent. Ok for now, I'll watch
for https://github.com/ossec/ossec-hids/pull/662.
