The result of otbcli_RigidTransformResample leaves and edge effect (0 values)
in the bottom and right sides of the images:

What version of OTB are you using for this test ?
It reminds me of an issue we had regarding pixel origin conventions.
This problem is fixed in release 4.2. I don't see this bug in current
version.
