[otb-users] How to install OTB 5.10.1?

Hello, I am a new user of OTB application and I have some problems installing it. I've downloaded *OTB 5.10.1* from this link: https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/download/ After I extracted the file OTB-5.10.1-win64.zip I couldn't find the installer file! ​Can anyone please give me some instructions
