After installing the plugin I receive the following error when trying to start Outlook.
CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Unable to locate component The application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem. This is with Outlook 2003, Windows XP with .NET 2.0.
