I install OTRS 2.0.4 and create some users in it.
for example, I create user customer and queue internal, and want to this

when customer user log in and create new ticket, he cannot choose queue name

bei uns haben eine nicht zu unterschätzende Zahl von Kunden keine
Mail-Adresse.
Die Identifikation des Kunden erfolgt jedoch über seine Mail-Adresse
(und so soll es auch aus anderen Gründen bleiben).
Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns bei den Kunden, die keine Mail-Adresse
besitzen dazu
