[otrs] AdminSysconfig error

When I click on the SysConfig link on the admin menu, I get: Software error: Can't locate object method new via package XML::Parser::Lite at ../..//Kernel/System/XML.pm line 781. Anyone care to hazard a guess how to fix this?? Steve ___ OTRS
