You should send an email from OTRS interface instead of using the
External-note feature. To see the external note the usuer must log on OTRS.

I imported a process named "Egyedi megrendelés", and this notification
appeared (see attached picture):
"Process Egyedi megrendelés and all its data has been imported successfully."
