Dear Andre, Regarding the external-note, when an agent create a note : 1. He has to select the --Note type-- : "external-note" or "internal-note" 2. He can also select "Linked Persons" to receive the note : "Customer" or/and "Agents"
In your case, select "external-note" + " Customer" as 'Note type' and 'Linked Persons' to fix the issue. Confirm if it is for you !
