Hi, when my customer creates tickets via E-Mail all of my Users are getting E-Mail Notifications about the newly created ticket. If the customer created the ticket in the Web-Frontend, no of the users which are subscribed to this queue are getting any e-mail notification. Can I change that

I have often wrong characters in my arriving and outgoing mails, such as Ž instead of the apostroph. (lŽamico instead of l´amico) HOW can I correct this? I think I had once put in the correct ASCII character set, but it seems it´s gone... Please remember me where I have to change this. Thanks,
