It does indeed seem to be resolved. Zayo sent an all clear at about 9:30
MST yesterday evening, and all of my ping monitors (outbound over Cogent)
normalized to expected levels shortly before then.

We have lost ALL corporate internet access from Windstreams MPLS cloud based
and hard T1 connections here in central Michigan. I was able to contact our rep
and she had also lost her VPN access. The customer Web Portal is not responding
and their support number is dead air.
