I have a P2P physical line between Shanghai and NYC via the Tran- Pacific Express submarine cable that is down due to a fiber cut caused by a marine vessel incident. China Telecom Americas gave me an ETR of Nov 8 due to storms in the area. So if anyone is having issues communicating with
