We are seeing packet loss at multiple locations as well (traffic between west &
east coast). Down detector is also reporting lots of site are having issues.

I have a Verizon Business fiber connection, not FIOS, in an office in
Arlington, VA that started having packet loss issues at this same time,
continue to do so as well.
