We have several clients that have been experiencing persistent VoIP service
issues in Southern California since early yesterday morning. Frontier is
reporting an outage, but appears unable to provide very much information or an
ETTR—is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

We are seeing Comcast IP cable modem reachability issues across the entire US
right now from AT Traffic appears to be dying between Level3 and Comcast
from our AT based sensors.

Is anyone else seeing weird IPSEC instability / inability to establish tunnels
in Frontier/ex-VZ FIOS areas? We are seeing it ourselves and with customers
where tunnels just fail and then will not re-establish, but somewhere between
12-24 hours later, they just start magically working.
We have seen about 95% of our circuits that were down in CA restored as of
about 13 minutes ago. These were all circuits provided by other carriers with
VZ being the last mile and or otherwise “in the loop.”

in those areas? I have AT MIS customers that lost their BGP sessions at the
same time.
