[outages] Verizon DIA Outage - Pennsylvania

Does anyone here have any insight as to what "major" outage is going on with the Verizon fiber network? I'm not sure how wide spread it is. We are in central PA and have DIA circuits down. Verizon has simply said it's part of a larger "major outage" but be have not been able to get any more
