We lost a DIA and a PTP link in Equinix DE1 (Centennial, CO) around 4:00 UTC. Cogent has confirmed an issue in Boulder, CO is tied to our outage. Details from their notice below, although status page doesn’t list this outage yet.Impacted Region: BOULDER CO Outage Ticket:
Seeing between 60-80% packet loss getting to a Cogent circuit in Denver (DE1)
from CL and NTT points in NY and Toronto. Nothing currently on their status
site at the moment. Cogent is aware and their NOC is investigating it.

Any more updates from Windstream on this? We’ve got about 750 DIDs through a
telco broker that are affected. I don’t have direct access to the ticket but it
seems we’re well past the 30-60 min ETR window.

Sprint PCS to Peerless DID.
