I experienced the same thing with an e line circuit in Phoenix. It has
recovered now, and it appears to have followed a maintenance window for
work in Phoenix that we received for different circuits. Was seeing 80%
packet loss during the window.

Are you referring a Zayo IP service or a zColo DIA service?
