We have a SIP trunk with CL for a customer and as of a couple of hours ago
the IPv4 route appears to have gone away between both Level(3) and TW
Telecom. This has resulted in call setup failures for our customer. I
don¹t believe it to be resolved at this point.

We had reports of both voice quality issues on VZW SIP inbound as well as
customers disconnected from our app then reconnecting. Seems to have calmed
down now though

Confirm this was a problem in Florida going to verizon's network as well,
from about 7pm to 8pm EDT. Seems to have resolved itself by 8:15pm. We were
seeing 50%+ packet loss during that time period to clients on Verizon
networks.

That's if you can even form a sip session. We have multiple clients
complaining. For the call set up try to increase the T1 timer. For the RTP your

I did find that traffic via HE was fine other than NY-NY with HE was being
routed via ASH.
