[outages] Frontier/ex-VZ FIOS IPSEC Issues?

Is anyone else seeing weird IPSEC instability / inability to establish tunnels in Frontier/ex-VZ FIOS areas? We are seeing it ourselves and with customers where tunnels just fail and then will not re-establish, but somewhere between 12-24 hours later, they just start magically working.

An MTR would be rather useful. fwiw I'm not seeing any problems from Abovenet in the Chicago Loop over ipv4 or Comcast on the south side of Chicago over ipv6 just hitting wherever google.com resolves to. That particular IP address, though, seems to be having some trouble -
