Around 5:58PM things with Cogent certainly got worse. I've since pulled my Bay Area traffic from their network.. they have a routing loop of some sort at the moment. My service in the EU seems fine still. 3 be-20021-rur02.sanjose.ca.sfba.comcast.net (68.87.198.177) 14.844 ms 15.221 ms 27.309 ms
