I've got a coworker in Elk River, MN who has no connectivity. I am on
Spectrum in Dayton, MN about 10 miles south of that and mine has been
working fine so far. Both are residential cable connections.

[outages] Intermittent issues with CenturyLink in Minneapolis

We have been experiencing intermittent timeouts trying to access resources
hosted in AWS (at least us-east-1 region, perhaps others) over our
CenturyLink fiber connection. The same services were reachable via other
providers. We have also had reports of CenturyLink residential DSL outages
in St. Paul.

CenturyLink is back in Minneapolis area. Both business and residential were
affected and are back up.
