Most public safety agencies in Massachusetts posted on Facebook and Twitter
between 6 AM and 8 AM EST about wireless 911 outages caused by CenturyLink.
It was affecting wireless routing, so some calls were being misrouted to
other towns, or even other states; some callers were getting reorder

Seeing issues with no inbound traffic back from Level3's Dallas metaswitch.
Outbound calls initiate but the session never gets setup. Going on for
about 15 minutes now. No issues with data traffic.
Curious if anyone else can confirm.

This is effecting Windstream in Central MA as well. From their NOC (on a
friend's ticket): "advised that we have an outage in the MA area. We have
multiple devices and links down ... most recent update is that there was a
fire in a data center and also water damage. no ETR currently"
