If the colo you're talking about is the old TW Telecom that got bought by
level3 and then Centurylink you may be right. I think it's off Meridian Way?
I called over and it's just ringing forevernothing on Centurylink's feed

I could be wrong, but It appears that the Century Link data center (colo) in
West Chester has lost all power. We have no services functional

West Chester has lost all power. We have no services functional at this
location, (no voice/data/Internet - even cellular data lights-out backup is
dead) and can't get any answers yet.
