on Cogent for the last few hours, we're seeing high (90% in some
cases) packet loss on some paths from EU to US, problem seems to be
between Frankfurt and Amsterdam according to traceroutes
I've had a ticket open with Cogent but they haven't posted an issue on
their status page.
Is anyone else
We just started getting multiple complaints from clients in the Philippines
saying that traffic over port 5060 to us is failing. Changing it to another
port seems to fix the issue.

Getting alerts from multiple clients that are Windstream customers in the
Metro Atlanta area that their circuits are down. SIP, DIA and MPLS. Anybody
else seeing or know anything?
