I tried posting this to nanog but my messages always get held for

We have a customer on Fios who (as far as I can tell) can't reach any IP
announced by Microsoft. I tried calling both NOCs listed on PeeringDB but
Verizon's number didn't work and
appears youtube tv is down. we are getting reports for users from multiple
isps so doesnt appear to be isolated to one isp
users were reporting watching world cup so potentially related to that
twittersphere appears to be blowing up with reports as well

There are other issues going on with Google as well. If you are a Google
Apps subscriber, some of their services are down as well. I just got off
the phone with Google support of another issue with a user not showing up
in my Admin Console, they were there yesterday and gone today, but the user

YouTube itself was giving me an error page earlier. It had the obfuscated
debugging code you could send in which would supposedly tell them what
happened.
I refreshed the page a few times and it worked flawlessly after.
