Anyone else seeing issues with carrier handoff to Comcast in Miami? I'm seeing
dropped packets in the handoff between Cogent and Comcast there:

out. It's definitely full, though.
At this time of day, that particular bundle would be running at around 30-35%,
but around 16 hours ago, it hit 100% and hasn't dropped since.
