Hello fellow Outdoors enthusiasts, Here's a question for you. What makes your heart pound, your palms sweat and your earlobes tingle with excitement? (If your answer is "Sheena" or any other female exec. embers, their phone numbers are available at the club office). But alas, wrong you are young Jedi, the answer is: knowing that you'll be partying to your heart's content with the rest of your chums from the UAOC. So here's to all of you that have been working hard throughout the year, I present the "I can't believe I'm done midterms" pubcrawl!
And for those of you NOT done midterms, that's even more reason to stick it to the man and not study by going to a pubcrawl instead. So here's a summary of this tantalizing deal: What: 4 mystery bars, 3 times the liquor a normal person should consume in a night, an opportunity that's 2 good to pass up, 1 deliciously cheap way to build up your stamina before Cabin Fever When: Friday, November 4th (two weeks from today!) Where: why does it matter if you won't be able to remember your night anyway? How: we hop on a bus and terrorize Edmonton bars for a whole night, waking up the next day wondering how we made it home (only to realize we've passed out in someone's bathtub) Why: I can't believe you're asking that! This is a time to catch up with all your outdoors buddies in an 'indoor environment' so to speak. There will be no survival skills needed other than that of your liver surviving the night. How much: $15, no line no cover at all bars, great drink specials all night, and maybe even a mate to take home at the end of the night. For those of you wondering where we'll be going, that's for you to figure out, let's just say I already gave enough hints in this email.
