I talked to the warden from Waterton and the only possible route
involves ascending a pass with a 40 degree slope that has a 3-4 meter
ice pack. Pushing it a little.
What are the inclines of the passes. If there is a significant amount
of snow they should be done ear
I would be. Is it going to be open? Earlier in the winter they weren't
sure if they were going to be able to replace all the bridges and
cable cars
that got destroyed in last years storms by this season. Also is
anything happening with that Juan de Fuca trail suggestion put out a
month ago?
