I need an experienced SAP BW consultant for our client in NJ. Urgent need & Exclusive position Details given below SUMMARY We are looking for a Senior Developer in SAP BW to work with the BI team on a project to upgrade SAP R/3 to ECC 6.0. The resource will be part of the Business Intelligence Group working primarily on testing the data extracts from SAP R/3 to BW, as the source system is being upgraded. The resource must have expertise with all R/3 extractors as it pertains to the MM, SD, FI and Inventory modules. In addition, the candidate must have a good working knowledge of ABAP, and the ability to work with custom extractors. Knowledge of the Publishing business is highly desirable. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Related Work Experience - Minimum at least 2 projects working on SAP BW 7.0 development and maintenance. - Both projects must involve development and extraction of data from ECC 6.0 systems. - A very good understanding of performance tuning methods in SAP BW. - Experience working with the SAP Portal. Skills - Ability to establish and adhere to timelines and schedules. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good writing and communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff in the organization. - Ability to learn new business processes and concepts. - Fortune 500 or Publishing Industry experience desirable.
