Req 1) Java / TIBCO / Equity Derivatives
• Solid knowledge of the Equity Derivatives Flow products and trade processing knowledge, the financial markets and trading • Solid programming and software development skills, particularly in Java • Solid experience in the use of persistence technologies (relational, time series, object-based, etc.) • Solid understanding of IPC and messaging/middleware technologies (Tibco, EMS, SOAP, etc.) • Strong trade processing system background Location: NYC Duration: 12+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Req 2) Equity Derivatives / SQL Scripting on Linux * Solid knowledge of the Equity Derivatives products, the financial markets and trading * Solid SQL abilities * Solid Unix / Linux knowledge and scripting skills * Working knowledge of Java and C# * Strong trade processing system experience Location: NYC Duration: 12+ months ------------------------------------------------------ Req 3) Sun Administrator • Solaris 9 and 10 systems & networks administration. • Experience with enterprise-class servers (CoolThreads, SunFire and M-Series). • Experience with enterprise-class storage (HDS, EMC, Sun 7000 series) and storage technologies (SAN / NAS, ZFS, disk mirroring, data snapshots & replication). Experience with Brocade SAN switches, routers would be a big plus. • Experience with a broad range of virtualization technologies, including Solaris zones and intricacies & management thereof. Knowledge about VMWare would be a big plus. • Experience with Sun / Oracle’s Identity Management suite of products & LDAP. • Experience with enterprise systems management software, including Sun / Oracle Ops Center. BMC Patrol would be a big plus. • In depth knowledge of systems and networks security considerations. • Scripting skills (dtrace, Perl and/or Bourne shell). • Systems sizing and performance tuning.
