*Job Title : C# .NET and/or Silverlight/WPF professional Location : Milwaukee, WI Duration : 8-12 months Rate : Market* DUTIES: Work within a team of engineers to develop innovative software solutions. Use a variety of technologies and conform to various software development and business processes. Responsibilities may include: 1. Analyze and refine requirements. 2. Design and implement software to meet requirements. 3. Contribute to design and code inspections. 4. Provide input to technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives. 5. Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility. 6. Provide work estimates; perform tradeoffs between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives. 7. Provide technical expertise to less experienced developers. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline to be determined by business needs or equivalent technical experience. Minimum of 5 years related systems or engineering experience, or skills commensurate with 5+ years systems or engineering experience. Strong software design skills. Must have exceptionally good programming skills in C# .NET and/or Silverlight/WPF. Proficient in software development using MS Visual Studio and/or Expression Studio.
