*MOSS Lead/Architect*

*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *

   - Minimum qualification of an Engineering Degree / MCA
   - At least 7-10 Years experience.



 *Technical/Functional Skills *

   - Senior-level expertise with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and MOSS
   technologies including web part development, site definitions and features.
   - Advanced knowledge of business workflows and have an in depth
   understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
   2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007
   - In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search,
   Enterprise Content Management
   - Experience creating/assembling custom Web Parts, specifically for
   Enterprise Search functionality and web part UI elements customizations.
   - Experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master
   Pages, and Role-Based Templates)
   - Experience with using STSDEV with Visual Studio 2005
   - Extensive XML, AJAX, Web Services, and XSLT
   - Broad experience with .NET Framework to include .NET 2.0 and 3.0
   - Experience creating custom controls in .Net and deploying them in
   SharePoint 2007
   - QA experience in testing site features.
   - Must have a detailed and clear understanding of HTML and Cascading
   Stylesheets (CSS).
   - Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005



*Experience Required*

   - Excellent communication and problem solving skills
   - Demonstrates ability to consult with the key decision makers of the
   client organization
   - Should possess capability of leading the program and providing
   conclusive directions.
   - Experience in technically leading a team in the development of a large
   and complex MOSS implementation.



*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Application design, architecture definition, hands-on development
   whenever required
   - Manage deployments
   - Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
   - Communicate progress to program leadership
   - Coordinate with managers/Team Leads to ensure compliance with the
   business requirements.

 *Generic Managerial Skills*

   - Must have managed MOSS Portal implementations.
   - Should have strong leadership skills to drive the project
