*Location : Miami, FL* ERP Business Analyst (Time Management) *Position Description* SAP Business Analyst Public Sector Responsibilities • Write functional specifications for FRICE-W development objects • Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible • Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing scripts • Create test data for test scripts • Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team • Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training material • Coordinate testing of payroll development objects including interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors • Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation • Report delays and risks to team leads • Assist in identifying data to be cleansed • Adhere to ERP PMO project standards • Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures • Build solutions in Time according to M-DCPS business requirements *Qualifications* • Strong ability and experience with writing detailed time functional and technical specifications • SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience • Minimum of four years SAP HR/Time configuration experience • Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment strongly preferred • Experience with Public Sector strongly preferred • Experience with CATS Data entry profiles • Strong experience in writing conversion functional specifications for time balances • Understanding of SAP Time Groupings, Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Attendance/Absence Types and Quotas • Understanding of Time Wage types, attendance/absence counting and rounding rules • Understanding of Time evaluation schema functions, rules and operations • Understanding of Time Statement • Functional experience with Time User Exits • Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus • Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively • Must be able to participate in a team environment *If you are comfortable with the requirement please reply me with the* *updated resume.* What is your first Name?
