Lead workshops of ~10-15 client team members to drive agreement on common business processes within Engineering/PLM function across client’s operating divisions. Recommend “leading practice” business process models when multiple process options are available. 2. Prepare content for workshops. 3. Capture findings/decisions from workshops.
