Design, develop, and maintain data flow and reporting technologies. Analyzes, designs, and develops specifications for enhancements and extensions to application interfaces and maps. Ensure all supported technologies are available. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Assist in design, development and maintenance of data flow and presentation mechanisms 2. Install, configure and maintain data presentation, enterprise application integration, and data flow technologies/tools. 3. Assist in management of Fault Detection, Performance Tuning & optimization of data presentation, enterprise application integration, and data flow technologies/tools environments; Specific technical areas include real time and near real time transactions, schedule transaction, and data transformation components. 4. Document operational procedures (SOP) for all data presentation, enterprise application integration, and data flow technologies/tools. 5. Work as part of a project team to coordinate data presentation, enterprise application integration, and data flow technologies/tools. 6. Review data process maps or application workflow charts to understand integration and flow points. 7. Assist in development of disaster recovery strategies and plans including backup plans, recovery procedures and periodic DR drills. 8. Implement changes to production and test database; ensure a strict adherence to separation of production, test and development environment. 9. Ensure all developed data presentation, enterprise application integration, and data flow components function flawlessly in a production environment 10. Manage teams of technology and business people to execute projects. 11. Adhere to all established Company and IT policies and procedures, including but not limited to: (End User IT Security Policy, IT Standard Operating Procedures, Records Retention Policy, HR Employee Manual). 12. Complete assigned work within established service level agreements and/or within committed time frames. 13. Perform tasks outside of specific responsibilities as directed by management. 14. Provide after-hours support evenings/ weekends/ holidays as necessary. 15. Work reasonable overtime as required.
