Minimum Requirements:

4 Excellent communication skills, and writing skills

ability to conduct research, gather data, analyze and document
information in a clear and concise manner.
4 Negotiating skills.

Excellent skills and experience in facilitating.
Degree or Equivalent Graduation from an accredited college
or
university. One year experience may be substituted for a year of
education for up to four years.
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Proficient with using Visio (transposing organizational
charts,
developing flow charts), Excel, Word
3 Work experience as a Business Analyst developing:
Process Flows,
Procedures and Process Improvements.
4 Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
4 Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
