*Job title : BizTalk Developer's Location : Reston, VA Duration : 8 Months Rate : Market* BizTalk Developer (Integration Systems, Activations): Use of serialized classes in BizTalk orchestrations. Strong object orientated .Net development experience required. Experience in writing Wcf .Net applications a huge plus. Two or more projects using Wcf or Soap adapters as transport. Two or more projects with medium to complex orchestration development (concepts like direct binding, multipart message, call orchestration experience a major plus). Experience using the Microsoft Business Rule engine with xml and .Net objects. A major plus if they have written .Net code that has leveraged the BRE. Experience with Single Sign-On configuration objects a huge plus but not required. Additional Information: Biz Talk Developer The Biztalk Developer is responsible for designing, testing, and implementing BizTalk solutions based on requirements provided from the business. Developer may also work on applications developed on WebMethods platform. The BizTalk developer is required to design artifacts that follow the technical standards and guidelines established by the systems architect. The BizTalk Developer is responsible to analyze business, functional and non-functional requirements to create technical design and unit testing documents. The BizTalk Developer uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 to develop BizTalk artifacts and C# helper classes to enable integration with external partners to company or order processing systems. The Biztalk Developer works with the Technical Manager to define solutions and implements those solutions according to the agreed upon design. The Biztalk Developer keeps the Technical Manager updated on their progress on projects. The Biztalk Developer should have a degree in Computer Science and needs to have a broad background in .Net (1.1, 2.0, 3.5), SQL Server, SOA, and OOD either through formal study, practical application experience, or both. The BizTalk developer must be able work in a results oriented, delivery driven environment with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with fellow teammates and business users. Successful individuals are self-motivated and eager to learn, containing the ability to work within a set of constraints, but without detailed specification of their tasks. Skills: 3+ years experience working with BizTalk 2006/ 2006 R2. 2+ years experience design or using Web Services. 5+ years experience in .NET software development with Microsoft technologies including (VB.Net or C#) 5+ years combined experience with SQL Server 2000, 2005 and/or 2008 Extensive knowledge of using XML, XPath queries, and developing and XML schemas. Experience writing technical design documents. Knowledge of object oriented design patterns and best practices. Experience with Visual SourceSafe or TFS. Excellent communication skills. Computer Science Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. Skills: 2+ years experience using HTTP, SOAP, or WCF adapters. 2+ years of orchestration development experience including direct bound ports, call orchestration, parallel convoys, debug tracing, multi-part messaging. 1+ years experience using Business Rule Engine with custom .NET facts. 1+ year experience using some form of SSO application configuration tools. 1+ year experience developing and implementing custom pipeline components. 2+ years of application development experience with WebMethods Experience using WM Developer and Designer to maintain and update business processing model and logic.
