*Position: BMC Remedy Upgrade Consultant * *Location: Foster City, CA* *Duration: 6 months * *Need* Hands-on experience on upgrade approaches from BMC Remedy one version to another from 7.6.04 to 8.1 (specifically in-place upgrade) Hands-on experience on overlay and analyzing Remedy workflows to understand the customizations and guide during the upgrade Hands-on experience on working on Remedy ARS Server 8.1, ITSM 8.1 and CMDB 8.1 including installation, configuration and customization Hands-on experience on working BMC Atrium Integrator 8.1 (for Integration) and BMC Remedy UDM 8.1 (Data Management tool for Foundation Data Upload) Hands on experience on BMC DDM tool for Data migration Hands on experience on integrations with BMC Remedy and BMC Atrium CMDB with discovery adapters, web services and remedy workflows. *Good to Have* Knowledge on Databases – Oracle and SQL Server Knowledge on Linux Operating System and JBOSS Knowledge on integration with different third party discovery tools like SCCM, ADDM, BBSA and BBNA.
