Estoy transformando una hoja de estilos y encuentro el siguiente selector

background-color: #FFF;
text-align: center;
font: 100%/1.5 arial, helvetica, sans-serif
}
No entiendo la definición del tamaño de fuente, agradezco si me pueden
explicar.

Es así: tamaño/interlineado
De todas maneras no se si esta bien ese código, ya que luego de la
barra no especifica la unidad.
Un ejemplo correcto sería:
font: 1em/150% Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif
