Nosoy ningun experto, pero una cosa me llama la atencion.
en#menuizquierda4,,5, veo que usas un hack por la anchura del div de 180px
lo dejas en 160px, no veo porque,pues tienes un padding-top de 20px que no
creo afecte a la achura del div de no ser que las intenciones sean otras

Si el formulario mide más de 500px como le tienes puesto el overflow:
visible; lo que le estas diciendo es que pise a los siguientes
contenidos, con el que te lo hace mal es el Explorer ;-)
