Estoy intentando validar un código de xhtml y me da el siguiente error:

La línea de código es:
span disabled=disabled
Hola.
El elemento SPAN no posee el atributo o propiedad 'disabled'. [1]
No me gusta aventurar, pero quizá querrías haber puesto SPAN
class=disabled ... ?
