go at reproducing it (with just a single table) and failed - the packet in
is sent.
It's only not sent, when FAUCET has put other flows in other tables and the
problem priority 0 rule is in table 2. I have some work to do

Did some housekeeping (99 packages updated) and now I'm getting an error
when starting a VMs that are supposed to connect to OVS bridges:
error: Failed to start domain
error: internal error: Unable to add port to OVS bridge
- Same error for each of the 3 OVS bridges and different
