Honestly, I do not really understand what you are trying to express.
CRS version jumped from 2.2.9 to 3.0.
We do not build versions specific for certain applications (but we started
to include rule exclusion packs to go with certain applications.
Joomla is not on the list, though).
Are you possibly talking about the commercial Trustwave rules?
