No, it reads with 1/8 C precision. The accuracy is claimed as +/-0.5C
after calibration. (see page 6 of data sheet)

There are 2 main sources of documentation, OWFS (this project) and
Dallas/Maxim.
OWFS: There are man pages for each device explaining (to some extent) all
the device properties (file entries). It's found in the downloaded code, and
also on the web site.
