the state of the patches is still new, does that mean they are far away from
being integrated in mainline? If yes, do you have any experience or estimate
how long it takes to see your nice patches in mainline?

I am experiencing delays and also time-outs when reading temperatures of
very very close to and equal to 85 degrees Celsius.
I am using a BananaPI with a LinkUSB as hardware.
