Re: [Owfs-developers] VB: Reply to topic: 'OWFS and temploggerd'
Hello from Gregg C Levine As it happens I do have a bundle of DS2436B devices here. I am busy constructing a test setup to try out a few of my theories. Since I plan on using OWFS for some of these, I shall be pleased to try out a few of them this way. Which parts of the OWFS set are now suspect? -- Gregg C Levine [EMAIL PROTECTED] This signature was once found posting rude messages in English in the Moscow subway. I have no idea where the problem could be... First thing would be to verify that it's possible to read any temperatures at all from the device. I'm not really sure which kind of adapter he use, but I'll try to get some more information about that. /Christian -Ursprungligt meddelande- Från: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] För Gregg Levine Skickat: den 8 januari 2006 22:13 Till: owfs-developers@lists.sourceforge.net Ämne: Re: [Owfs-developers] VB: Reply to topic: 'OWFS and temploggerd' Hello from Gregg C Levine As it happens I do have a bundle of DS2436B devices here. I uninstalled owlib and owfs, did ipkg update, and reinstalled p0RC10 from your site. Unfortunately, I get the same error with your p0RC10 that I did with 9. I tried both parasitic and powered mode. It seems others have also had problems with the DS2436B device, maybe the code in owlib has a bug for these devices. --- The post is located at http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=18449#p18449 You can unsubscribe by going to http://forum.openwrt.org/misc.php?unsubscribe=2502 -- OpenWrt Mailer (Do not reply to this message) --- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
