protocol wrapper for 'copy' function

The mechanism worked kinda, but the updater performed a fresh install,
deleting my config and brought the installation to a state where it
could not do much more that 504 all requests.

yes restoring the config got me to the 504 state.
I restored all files from backup to 4.5.2 then and performed a manual
update to 4.5.3.
All is fine now.

software and placed owncloud's files under /usr/share/owncloud/.
