I found it to be a good experience. Enough so that I am in the process
of compiling the details needed for another book/manual.

So I dug into the database a few minutes ago. I never figured out what
went wrong with this update, but all my users except the main admin
account (mine) are gone. I reset the password and tried again. Horay! I
have access again.
All the files are there, however the calendar is empty

I am running the latest 6.0.0a Owncloud and things are going well. I am
a Debian kind of guy so my web browser is Firefox (iceweasel) 17.0.10
