Hi All,
I believe that oNVDL now handles ISO Schematron and XSLT 2.0. However, I have
only been able to get access to a 2007 version of oNVDL.
Does anyone know where I can get the latest version of oNVDL or is there a
different name for this tool?

You can see the same behavior when running the standard DITA OT XHTML
transformation on which the Webhelp transformation is based.
DITA OT does not handle very well cases in which references are outside
the DITA Map scope.

I have found the cause of the problem: some topics have a link to a topic
which is "outside the scope of the input dita/map directory", for example:
