From the console you sent it appears that the XEP path configured in
Oxygen is still pointing to the old Oxygen 9.3 path.
Just go to the Oxygen Preferences - FO Processors page and in the
table you should have a XEP entry.

only parameter that does not have the default value anymore? Can you
